Clear terms for using the site, buying the guides, and working with Harper Digital.

These terms cover the Harper Digital Studio website, project-brief submissions, and the guide line sold through this site. They are written to make the commercial relationship legible, not buried.

Using the site

  • The site is provided to explain Harper Digital's services and digital guide line.
  • Submitting a project brief does not create a client relationship on its own.
  • Service work begins only after scope, commercial terms, and acceptance are agreed directly.

What the guide purchase covers

  • The purchase is for digital guide files and the included installer kit.
  • OpenClaw itself is not Harper Digital's product and is not transferred or licensed by Harper Digital.
  • The guides are sold for the buyer's internal use and should not be redistributed, resold, or repackaged.

What Harper Digital does and does not promise

  • The material is written to be accurate and useful, but no software stack or third-party platform is under Harper Digital's full control.
  • The guides and installer kit are educational and implementation-focused. They do not replace professional legal, tax, security, or compliance advice.
  • The buyer remains responsible for how they configure, deploy, review, and use third-party software in their own environment.

How issues should be raised

  • Purchase or delivery issues should be sent to support@harperdigitalstudio.com.
  • Harper Digital will review support requests and reply within two business days.
  • Support does not mean unlimited implementation consulting unless that is separately agreed.
