Guide purchases are delivered digitally.

Delivery happens through the active checkout and fulfillment system. The exact payment rail may change, but the buyer should always receive the guide files and the included installer kit as a digital download.

Each purchase includes files, not an account subscription.

  • The guide edition selected at checkout.
  • The included installer kit.
  • For the bundle, all listed editions plus the installer kit in one package.

Delivery is designed to be immediate or near-immediate after payment clears.

  • The payment provider confirms a successful payment.
  • The buyer is directed to a success or fulfillment page and may also receive a delivery email.
  • Download links may expire or be signed for security, which is normal for digital delivery.

Delivery issues should be raised quickly

  • If the success page does not appear, check the purchase confirmation email first.
  • If the download link fails, expires too quickly, or serves the wrong files, email support@harperdigitalstudio.com.
  • Harper Digital will review and correct a real delivery failure as quickly as practical.

The guides are delivered by Harper Digital. OpenClaw itself is separate.

A guide purchase does not create an OpenClaw account, license, or support relationship with the OpenClaw product team. It covers Harper Digital's guide files and the included installer kit only.
